Yes, I used manual focus on these because everything happens so fast that the autofocus is useless.
I held my finger in the exact point where the drop is going to hit the ground and focused on my fingertip.
The camera was placed on a tripod which was incredible helpful.
But with everything else than this kind of macro shots, i prefer autofocus. MF is a pain!

Ich wohne im Süden von Baden-Württemberg, also ungefähr 5 Stunden mit dem Auto entfernt. Schade.
